Fabulous
Liked: We only stayed for one night, but it was great. We were welcomed very warmly, given tips on routes and restaurants, and even offered a breakfast package. Extremely accommodating—highly recommended without reservation.
Disliked: We had bed bugs and slept in the car because the reception was closed at 11pm so we couldn't get another room

Perfect for a quick stay in Ouarzazate
Liked: Lovely quiet location. Wonderful owner. Warm welcome. Incredibly good value for money.
Disliked: Bed was a little uncomfortable and shower lukewarm.

Disliked: Staff were rude. I recieved whatsapp messages prior to arriving which were rude and unwelcoming, and made the long drive very stressful. We were made to feel like our arrival was inconvenient to them despite us paying to stay here! The messages should have come through booking.com but instead they messaged on whatsapp and were quickly rude when I didn't reply in the first few hour of the message because we were busy enjoying a hike and didnt see the message. They did not honor the check-in times on the booking and made us rush away from our visit to Aït Benhaddou (The main reason we stayed at this hotel) because the staff wanted to go home. The communication was poor. In terms of the hotel itself, the sheets were stained, the carpets in the room were dirty and the shower dripped all night long keeping us awake. The hotel is next to an airport so be prepared for noise from aeroplanes - despite the booking saying it is soundproof, it is not. The pool is also the otherside of the wall to the main room so not the peaceful riad style oasis it looks to be in pictures. Finally the booking says there is parking which there is not. There was already 1 car parked in the only spot which meant we had to park on the main road which made us very uncomfortable with a hire car.
