Exceptional
Disliked: The hotel hygiene standards were poor,, dirty restaurant toilet, and unpleasant odors mainly in beach restaurant.. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness. You can cross hotel staff using the guests toilet too which is unusual and weird
Liked: The size of the rooms is comfortable, the location is great. the beach is lovely and the adults pool. also take advantage of the promenade infront of the pool. its great. loved the long walks on the beach.
Disliked: it was oct/nov half term when we were there so the hotel was at full capacity! The service was really not up to 5 stars; it was very slow and just lacking. I found the reception always trying to upsell rather than telling you the truth; for example, it takes 20 min max to walk into Taghazout village, but the hotel would say it takes 40 min so that you order their taxi, which is 4 times the price of a normal one, etc.... the heated pool was full of young kids, it was not comfortable so didn't go once. also couldnt find a single slot for the spa in 4 days of being there:(
An overall fantastic experience and I would definitely return here on my next trip back to Taghazot
Liked: Very well trained staff made our stay here relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. The food at the restaurants by the beach was also excellent and the facilities were great.
Disliked: The padel courts to be open before 11am
Liked: Unfortunately the overall experience upon arrival did not meet acceptable standards of hyatt and decided to leave immediately.
Liked: Disappointed
Liked: Good location, clean and staff at check in were great.
Disliked: 1. service at the restaurant: we were told booking was outside but upon arrival were told there was no room outside. Not a massive issue in its own but was made worse by the fact everyone else who came had their tables moved from the inside to the outside and we were not given the option. We ended up being the only people dining inside by the end. Caveat that the specific waiter who served us was great. 2. Apart from check in and the waiter the staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive.
