  Liked: Absolutely everything! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and cared for! The accommodation was exceptional and the breakfasts every morning were truly amazing! Cannot recommend this more highly!

  Amazing just as before and as expected. Terrace a fab bonus

  Liked: This is my 3rd time staying here and clerk checking (leila was super helpful) to leaving the apartment was amazing - spotless and modern and in the middle of den boshe. Love the apartment and family members stayed in two apartments above. 100% recommended by us and we will always use this accommodation if available (it’s very popular). One piece was f feedback would be to have a toaster for toast (when we stayed there previously we had one and on this occasion made our morning toast in a family occupied apartment above).

  Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience. The apartment was not properly cleaned when I arrived, and the noise from outside was constant, making it very difficult to sleep or rest. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is definitely not it. Before arrival, I had been awake for more than 24 hours and politely asked if I could check in a little earlier. I was told I had to wait until 4:00 PM because of their “rules,” even though nobody appeared to be preparing or cleaning the apartment at that time. The next morning, at exactly 11:00 AM, a staff member came and told me I had to leave within 5 minutes. The attitude was rude and unwelcoming. I later found out that a late check-out was possible for an additional €25, but instead of offering that option or handling the situation professionally, I was simply rushed out. To make matters worse, I was also charged an additional €10 tourist tax on top of the booking price. Combined with the poor cleanliness, excessive noise, and unfriendly service, this made the overall experience feel like very poor value for money. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.
