  A few things to be aware of, but a great apartment in a great spot and we’d definitely stay again

  Liked: The location was perfect: you step out the door and you’re right in the middle of Den Bosch, with everything in walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy and very comfortable for three people. Having a washing machine, dryer and a great kitchen made the stay so much easier.

  Disliked: We weren’t told the apartment was on the second level, so we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t easy. The first staircase really needs a proper railing, as it felt unsafe leaning over to reach the rail. We also weren’t warned about the nearby pub, where people party until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights, which was tough on our first night with jetlag.

  Great choice

  Liked: Great location, amenities and space

  Disliked: A little noisy due to being right in the center, on a busy street with bars. However, sterile earplugs were offered from the host, which was nice.

  Liked: Location was ace and the apartment had everything we needed

  Disliked: We arrived in a mini heatwave and couldn't cool the space down. The air unit didn't appear to have AC. Some additional instructions or photographs to locate the entrance would have been useful! The locals were very helpful in this respect.
