  The hotel is for younger adults, not people in their 60's with mobility issues

  Liked: The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

  Disliked: Our reservation stated first floor, when in fact it was the 2nd floor plus a few stairs. As people with knee replacements and shoulder injuries, it was very hard to carry luggage up the stairs and maneuver the stairs coming and going. We NEVER SAW anyone with the staff during our stay, if we had we would have certainly requested other accommodations.

  Wonderful

  Liked: Room 9 was spacious and airy. It has an excellent shower with separate toilet. Fresh towels are provided daily and the whole property is kept spotlessly clean. The location could not be better. A 5 minute walk from the railway station and 2 minute walk from the square.

  Disliked: There is no lift and stairs are extremely steep. Check in is fully automated so no human contact and no one to assist with getting suitcases to upper floors. Anyone with mobility problems should ensure they book a ground floor room.

  Disliked: I was in room 2 and negotiating the steep and winding stairs for a middle of the night loo visit was challenging!

  Den Bosch is a lovely city with friendly people

  Liked: Located in the centre of town, not far from the train station, in a quite street close to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Well equipped kitchen and lounge area with sofa and table & chairs.

  Disliked: Had steep stairs down to the entrance and the bathroom

  Space room but high noise area due to central location

  Liked: Very central location, maybe a bit too central for my taste. The room was spacious and relatively cool despite the hot temperatures outside.

  Disliked: Very central location, maybe a bit too central for my taste. It says hotel, but there is nobody on site. I had to communicate by sms back and forth. No windows that could be left open during the night. The room had direct door to a busy street, and people talk in some restaurant outdoor sitting areas past 1 am. Then they decided at 1:30 am to roll the trash containers over the cobble stones through the street.

  Wonderful stay in a cosy maisonette room

  Liked: Fantastic location close to bars and restaurants as well as the train station. Room was cosy and felt very secure with the coded security gate and doors. Nicely decorated and staff checked in for towel refreshes daily. Definitely recommend!

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
