We were about to stay homeless

  Liked: Interior was nice.

Disliked: We went there on a rainy day parked the car and went for the apartment to rest. When we found the box and entered the code we opened it but the key wasn't there for the main gate. Rain was heavy and it was cold, I texted the management on booking and they didn't respond, luckily for us another girl who booked came there after 30 mins and opened her box and let us in with her after that we went to our room. If it wasn't for her we would be outside in rain like homeless. The management responded after 2 hours, this isn't how you treat your customers, try to do better for the next customers.

  Great stay

Liked: Close to everything! Amazing localisation, great little place, parking and washing mashine! 9/10 only cause There was no window, but entire doors that I wouldn’t left opened at night.

Disliked: No window, sheets did not smell fresh, but weren’t dirty.

It suited our family of 3 fine, very comfortable, we were there just 2 nights to visit friends

Liked: Spacious modern studio, excellent bathroom, well equipped, door to small patio.

Disliked: The “Smart TV (No Channels)” was useless! No instructions for the microwave or Krup coffee maker. We finally found how to switch the stove top on - a plug and socket at the back of a cupboard underneath. No parking at the apartment, we were lucky and found a space each evening down the road 150 yards away.
