A lovely little hotel in a nice neighbourhood

Liked: The Auberge Nassau is a lovely, small hotel with one flight of steep steps to get into the building proper. My room was on the entry-level floor, and had a large window facing out onto a (non-accessible) courtyard. This ensured that the room was very quiet during the night. Another plus for me was that you could fully open the window, thus allowing some fresh air into the room.

Disliked: There is nothing negative to write, nor indeed any 'good, but even better if...' type comments.

Nice place to stay for one night

Liked: The location is great. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is within walkable distance from the train station. The room was very clean and self checkin was easy. A free minibar is also nice.

Disliked: The photos on booking are very bright. The room I got was very dark, and had a view on a wall of the next building. I was disappointed by this because it was not visible from the pictures online. It had a claustrophobic feel. It was fine for me for one night because I was out most of the day but I would hate if I had to spend there longer than that.
