  Unacceptable bed, misleading information, and very poor communication

  Liked: The hotel is in a central location

  Disliked: Terrible communication, terrible facilities, misleading messages and false information. And, especially, A bed with an old sagging mattress – completely unacceptable. The messages are all AI-generated and completely useless because they contain false information, and the staff neither read nor reply to them, even when prompted to do so by the AI agent. The welcome message promised me a special price with the expensive adjacent car park – which was completely untrue – and I ended up paying an exorbitant amount. The hotel’s messages are completely misleading; for example, they claim the hotel has 24-hour self-check-in and that if I don’t receive the access codes I should call them – all of which is untrue. The rooms are spacious but lack the essentials; there is no coat hook, nowhere to unpack your suitcases, the shower and washbasin were blocked (with a risk of flooding in the case of the shower), the heating is not working properly, and so on…

  Disliked: The hotel has bedbugs. I booked one night to get some sleep before my trip, but I didn't get a single hour. The hotel didn't provide any alternatives. There were no other available rooms in the city, so my night was ruined. The hotel must remain closed until all necessary sanitation work is completed. Complaints have been filed with the Dutch Consumer and Market Regulatory Authority (ACM) and the NVWA (Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit).

  Absolutely unacceptable - bed bugs and poor hygiene

  Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my family, and sadly, our experience was very bad. During our stay, our towels and bed sheets were never changed, the bathroom bin was not emptied, and they did not even leave us toilet paper. The rooms were also very dark. We never saw the cleaning staff or anyone from the hotel service, so we could not report these problems. At night, we started feeling very itchy while sleeping. After a few days, we had bites all over our bodies. The itching was so bad that we had a strong allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency room for treatment. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for our whole family. We do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the possible bed bug problem are completely unacceptable.
