  Frauduelent! I Paid. Hotel was closed down. Money is gone!

  Disliked: I booked and paid the Hotel. When I arrived, it was closed. Everything dark. Curtains closed. No one there. I tried to call them -> Mailbox. I have written multiple eMails -> no response. I had to check into another Hotel. One week later my phone calls were finally answered. They said: 1.) It's the fault of booking.com: They didn't synchronize with their system. 2.) I should have asked for cancelation afterwards. I did via booking.com service. It was declined by the Hotel. 3.) It's the fault of booking.com: it is impossible to deal with them. It is a complicated company. 4.) They didn't receive my money from booking.com. Although I showed them the PayPal receipt. 5.) They wanted me to pay second time, so they could refund that second payment money. The woman was friendly on the phone, apologized. But did NOTHING to resolve the situation. After a month I gave up. 320€ down the drain!

  Great apartment in a great location

  Liked: Located amazingly for the city centre, the apartments are roomy, and nicely decorated. Everything worked as it should, rooms were clean & tidy. Shower was hot & powerful, body wash/shampoo supplied & smelt great. The television had multiple channels and the kitchen was well equipped.

  Disliked: We found it difficult to gain entrance but eventually managed to get an answer from the door buzzer. The room was very very noisy from both the outside, who seemed to like to scream and shout and the guests above who it sounded like were moving furniture at 1am.
