Liked: Only one bathroom for the entire family was something not pleasure. The pictures and description did not make it clear. Location was wonderful and the apartment is comfortable and well equipped. I would return easily, but with 3 persons is the limit for me.

Liked: She planned to clean the room in advance so that we could check in earlier and put our bags.

Great accommodation, but it should be cleaner

Liked: The apartment has a superb location and is very easily accessible, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The apartment itself is well-equipped and has almost everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Disliked: What negatively affected our trip was the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Upon arrival, the accommodation had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests, which was quite disappointing and something we had never experienced before. Although the issue was addressed relatively quickly and a cleaning fee was refunded as an apology (didn't even know we paid such fee, anyway...), the apartment still did not feel properly cleaned afterwards. Many surfaces remained visibly dirty and even the freshly changed sheets did not seem to be in the best state of cleanliness.

Liked: Location. Quiet neighbourhood for the most part.

Disliked: Someone set fire works off at 2am presumably because Eindhoven were playing a match the next day.

  Passable

Liked: The place was amazing and the apartment was breathtaking. Great location. However, the place is very dusty and not cleaned. There was dust all over the apartment, the bathroom was very poorly cleaned and there were so many chunks of hair left behind on the shower walls. The floors were very dirty. The place itself was great and the owner seemed nice, but the cleaning service did not do a good job.
