  Nice location, needs a minor ‘facelift’ & a built in USB adapter

  Liked: I didn’t want to stay among the noise of the city, and this place was just east of the concert venue I went to. It was in a quiet, residential & safe neighborhood, and the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable (firm) which suited my back.

  Disliked: Inside the property feels ‘tired’ & could use sprucing up a bit. I didn’t take a USB charger with me and was disappointed there was nowhere to charge my phone inside the unit. This place was over €100 for the night and for that I’d expect at least 1 coffee pod for the machine and/or a couple of tea bags, as a hotel room of the same price would include. There was no coffee shop or petrol station within walking distance to buy a coffee at so the single tea bag (that felt like it was left by a previous guest) had to do.

  Liked: Beautiful area, very good standard of the house and impeccable contact with the owner.

  Disliked: I had paid for a late check-out until 1 PM (standard time is 11 AM). However, immediately after 11 AM, a housekeeping staff member entered my apartment, pointlessly asking if anyone was inside. This was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

  Great spacious apartment close to nature

  Liked: Close to nature and a great view of the garden with lots of birds and we even saw a squirrel. Clean apartment and helpful staff!

  Disliked: The bedrooms are in the basement, which can feel cold and are too large and echoey in my opinion. Neighbours can also be heard through the walls and ceiling when speaking loudly or moving furniture.
