  Disliked: I recently stayed at the Westcourt Hotel in Eindhoven, and I can honestly say that this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. For the price we paid, the overall experience was completely unacceptable. First of all, the booking process was unnecessarily complicated. We wanted to book a room directly at the hotel reception, but we were told that this was not possible. Apparently, guests are not allowed to book a room at the reception and must make their reservations online instead. As a result, I had to book our room through Booking.com for €139. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The first room we were given had an absolutely unbearable smell of curry. The odor was extremely strong and overwhelming, making it practically impossible to stay in the room, let alone sleep there. It was completely unacceptable. We immediately went back to reception to explain the situation and request another room. Instead of apologizing or offering a suitable solution, the staff showed absolutely no understanding or consideration for our complaint. Shockingly, we were told that we would have to pay an additional €30 to change rooms! Imagine paying €139 for a hotel room that smells so badly you cannot even stay inside, only to be charged another €30 for a room you can actually use. This is outrageous and demonstrates a complete lack of customer service. We reluctantly paid the additional amount because we simply had no other choice. The second room was also disappointing. There were no slippers, no complimentary drinking water, and not even basic refreshments. For a hotel charging these prices, I would have expected significantly better amenities and attention to detail. The experience at the hotel bar was equally ridiculous. We wanted to order vodka with Red Bull, which is a very basic and common drink. However, the bar did not have any Red Bull available.

  Good for business trip

  Liked: The location of the hotel was very good. really close to the main city area, public transportation and even to the football stadium. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

  Disliked: The room i had was very far away from the reception and complicated to get to. The pillow is bit too soft for my liking but maybe others may like it that way.
