Good
Liked: The room and the common rooms were very tidy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
OK, but lacks proper description/info
Liked: Great location, good price, good shower.
Disliked: The description is not correct/accurate in many points: It should be informed that the booking is handled by other third companies. I received app messages from other companies about my booking to take some actions while the communication should be via booking. I stayed for 4 nights and we shared the bathroom and kitchen in 3 people, not in two. There is only one toilet sink to be shared in 3 people.

Disliked: Insect bites and insect eggs laid in the clothes left on the bed.
Liked: The room was comfortable and quiet, and the space was just right for one person for 2 nights. The common areas were tidy, clean and organised. No living roo or kitchen table
Disliked: The cleaning of the room itself wasn't great, as I found hairs under the bedsheets - this was the case as guests are asked to unmake the beds on departure and take out the rubbish - so I noticed it while removing the bed linen. If guests are relied upon for cleaning up, the cleaning standard is unlikely to be high
Good choice
Liked: The place was cozy, the facilities were clean, the space was nice, and the location was good. We felt comfortable, and the instructions to get in and out were easy to follow. Besides, the shared spaces were tidy, and you could see that they took care of them every day.
Disliked: Nothing bad honestly, lovely place, I would recommend it. However, we'd like to leave a suggestion. It was not clear whether people would come to clean inside of our room or not, but thinking that it's not a hotel, we figured it was not the case. The last day before leaving, we entered the room and found a little trash can, which was not there before. That meant the room had been opened to put the bin inside. Then, it would be nice to get a heads-up via text, or to clarify that in advance, because we felt a bit puzzled, wondering if they had come in all the previous days without us noticing, and with some of our valuables around.
Liked: It was clean, check in-out was very well communicated and the location is close to all the necessities
Disliked: No airconditioning is definitely a shame
