Exceptional
Liked: The location is excellent, a 6 minute bike ride from the Grote Markt. The view from the room is very nice, at the canal with the boats going by. It was very quiet.
Disliked: I have become used to AirBnB and so was very surprised to find someone had entered our room when we were not there and without asking our permission. I don't like this. We had planned to have breakfast one day but it was easier to go to the IKEA cafe just across the road.

Very nice, quiet and tidy space to stay
Liked: The breakfast was excellent, with bread and condiments, ham and cheese, and yoghurt and granola. The room was very clean. It is a converted residential space so it is not cramped like tiny hotel rooms you might find elsewhere.

Liked: Excellent location was very easy to to walk into the centre of Groningen. Room was a good size with a view of the canal Being so close to the centre it was good to have a parking space for the car
