Enjoyed the hotel and the way it's run
Liked: Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Nothing to add. All perfectly fine
NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.BETTER TO AVOID
Liked: NOTHING REALLY. MAYBE THE BED WHICH WAS BIG.
Disliked: DIRTY COFFEE MACHINE. NO SLIPERS IN THE ROOM. OLD ALARM CLOCK WHICH WAS BUZZZING.NOT A GOOD TEMPERATURE EVEN WITH AIR CONDITIONING ON. EXPENSIVE!!! FAR FROM CITY IN A CITY WITH DIFFICULTY TO GET A TAXI!!! 200 EUROS PER NIGHT AND NOT EVEN BREAKFAST INCLUDED.THE TOILET HAD NO DESINFECTION STRIP. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL FOR SURE. MAYBE 3.TO BE AVOIDED.

Disliked: The room was small, and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable for a hotel at this price. Breakfast wasn't up to par either. Honestly, you pay way more than what you get. I've stayed at plenty of other hotels, and this one really fell short of my expectations.
Liked: The room was nice, only the carpet had a lot of stains!!

Overpriced hotel on outskirts of Groningen - could use some staff training
Liked: Pleasant location near lakes and wildlife.
Disliked: Beds are really uncomfortable, pillows hardest we have ever experienced, rooms are tiny, lunch restaurant waiting staff inattentive and lunch manager incompetent.
