Okay in general - could be great if all the small things would be solved

    Liked: Great location.

Disliked: The devil is in the details. It generally looks good. It was mostly clean, but there are some flaws overall that could be improved. The toilet bowls, showers and floors were clean but several other surfaces were visibly dirty. (Toilet doors, toilet paper dispensers etc) There are usb ports but no power plugs at the beds and they are barely found anywhere in the building. Charging a laptop in a safe place is basically impossible. Working with a plugged in laptop, difficult. Ladders to the top bunks are set back from the top platform which is a design flaw that makes it harder to climb up and down than it needs to be. The same with a good looking large shower that has the showerhead in an awkward spot so the entire room floods anyway. Be warned: steeeep stairs, no lift. Heavy luggage needs to be carried up. Lockers the size of a day pack and a jacket. No designated space for larger luggage. (Definitely no space for luggage in the pods. They have not a single centimeter of space outside of the mattress) There seems to be a regular problem with the door cards, I was warned about at check in, and had no problems until the moment of check out when my card suddenly didn't work anymore, I needed to catch a bus and there was no staff around. Others ran into problems returning in the middle of the night and for some reason the hostel staff were discussing this with the guests in the dorm room at 1 am. (Solve the issue and take conversations outside please. Especially after I was warned 3 times to be quiet at night as a houserule) All these issues were minor. But they do cover all things from cleanliness over design to staff and management.

    Dont go here. Just dont

Liked: All the staff was super nice. Location is good. But they have a zero alcohol policy and they have a few prison guard kind of guys who check on you and a Greek manager that kicked me out caused they smelled I drank a few drinks. He called the cops even and started yelling he was in the army. I paid my fine of 100e. Already paid for 6 days extra. And when I talked friendly with then cops (cause Im a poet and super tender and friendly), the manager quickly hid my suitcases from my worldtrip. Ive been in many places. But this is most horrible experience ever. They put you in a “hub”. Its a euphemism for a box of 1 by 2.

Good place for short-term stay in the old city

Liked: Good option for a short-term stay in the very heart of the old city. You will get a personal capsule with linings and a small towel (you will be asked to make your bed on your own). The capsule is comfortable and clean with a curtain and good and silent ventilation. All facilities are modern, clean, and nice to use. There was minimum noise from the other inhabitants.

Disliked: The lux version could have a bed ready for use
