Great Location - Broken Wifi - Customer Service training would be beneficial
Liked: The location was GREAT. Very easy to get to the things we needed for this work trip. Large room, so able to spread out when staying for multiple days. The free drink at from the when you choose to not have your room cleaned, was a good option. Thank you for this.
Disliked: Wifi was OUT for a FULL day, and ruined our planned work time, which was VERY important to us for that particular day. We had to buy extra external wifi, and then staff were not able to consider any compensation. Just ridiculous when travelling for work. Particular front desk staff could do with Customer Service training IMHO... Very little compassion or interest in providing assistance.

Comfortable and practical
Liked: Modern hotel with adjacent parking facilities, at walking distance from the city. The area around the hotel also has a number of nice little restaurants, so you don't need to walk too far.
Disliked: The parking is outdoors and involves walking through a gate to get to the hotel. Checking out from the car park is a little tricky: the "key" is a 30-cm long piece of plastic that does not easily fit in a bag, and when leaving the car park you need to first scan the chip and then try to put the long dongle in a letter box before the barrier closes:-)

Liked: Well maintained and spacious rooms, staffs are very friendly, good breakfast

Disliked: Tables and chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. Can’t use laptop comfortably
