Top hotel. Top location
Liked: Fabulous hotel. Great, genuinely friendly staff. Super room in the heart of a great historic city. Loved the fact that breakfast and the minibar were included.
Weekend escape
Liked: Lovely hotel, perfect location, room very comfortable, nice staff, great breakfast. Good bar atmosphere and nice restaurant with good food
Excellent location, spacious rooms and great views
Liked: Great choice for a business trip. Reception staff are incredibly helpful. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, care and sense of hospitality offered by some staff at reception and breakfast room. Sadly, this sense of hospitality was not there with some of the kitchen and waitering staff. Breakfast offered a range of options and was high quality. However, their dinner menu did not offer healthy meal options for international guests and there was no flexibility in the kitchen to accommodate food intolerances. The nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds offer a relaxing experience. Cleaning can be more enhanced to match the level of service provided.
Liked: Wonderful location; excellent restaurant, including morning breakfast buffet; very helpful and friendly staff. There were a few maintenance and repair issues in the room.
Liked: Excellent
Liked: Wirklich schön eingerichtetes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und top Lage. Gerne wieder
