Very good
Perfect short getaway
Liked: Location, pool facilities
Disliked: Food outlets, check out time
The location is great, rooms are great, facilities are awesome, my daughter loved it. Water in the pool was very much on
Liked: location, rooms, facilities
Liked: The best hotel in Zandvoort
Disliked: Nothing
Great water park. Hard to find hotel check-in. Staf not very informative
Liked: Loved the water park!!!
Disliked: Could not find the hotel lobby easily and were exhausted from traveling walking in the rain almost all the way to the water park before someone pointed us in the right direction to check in. Staff was not very kinbd or informative and our bracelets did not work at the water park entry and no one was in the office to help so we had to hunt people down and they were rude. also the restaurant options were very overpriced and not very good food. glad for the food bar at the water park. it was decent. no one explained how anything worked and it felt frustrating until we had been there for a whole day. Also never got the app to load on my phone so I could not access much of the information about things. Website could explain better that there is a walk from hotel to water park--two different locations for weary travelers just wanting to check in.
Disliked: no AC
Simple stay on the beach
Liked: parking and access to the water park
Disliked: condition of the hallways and property outside on the beach side was very lame
