Pleasant stay in a large house in Ponte da Barca

Liked: This is a very spacious house with a driveway for a car (or multiple vehicles). The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies, appliances, etc. The main bathroom was huge and one bedroom had an ensuite small bathroom. The front porch/patio was a nice place for coffee each morning. The house is a bit away from the main part of town, but still walkable to most everything.

Disliked: I couldn't get the TV to work but the host did offer to stop by and look at it but I was out most of the days. Not a major issue not having a working TV.

Lots of space. Amenities good. Good location. Very clean. Suit large family. Good off road parking

Disliked: The beds. One was quite small for two people but acceptable, the other was bigger but incredibly hard and uncomfortable. No towel rail dryer.

  The cleanest vacation home ever!

Liked: Very friendly owners. Big house (even bigger than we expected after seeing the photo's online) in a quiet area and still within walking distance of the city centre. The house was exceptionally clean!
