Clean but hard to find and disappointing host

Liked: The accommodation is clean and new with a large shower bathroom.

Disliked: The location address on booking.com is incorrect. And we annoyingly we spent half a day walking and looking for this place in the hot sun. We tried to call the owner but because they didn’t speak English they hung up on us. When we finally found the place, the lady was asking us for more money even though we had paid in full. She then asked us for money a second time at 8pm in the evening when we were leaving to go out and get some food. We had to explain that the payment had been made in full through booking.com and show here the receipt. There weren’t any pots and pans to cook with in the kitchen. It was very basic. I messaged the host in Portuguese asking for some pots to cook with and she didn’t respond. We couldn’t cook our food.
