  We enjoyed Madeira very much

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and had a lovely veranda with a view of the ocean. All equipment was functional and clean. A local shop across the street was handy, especially as it opens from 8:00 to 21:00. We enjoyed strong and tasteful espresso made in a nearby bar. For food I would recommend the "Calheta Green" restaurant. Sure you will pass it if you drive up for nearby Lavada walks.

  Highly recommended

  Liked: The apartment really made us feel at home while our stay in Madeira. The host was really kind and everything went super smooth. The apartment is very spacious ( it has room for 4 persons but we were only 2 ), clean and offers the most beautiful view. It has a huge terrace to enjoy the morning coffee or dinner:) Also, the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. We recommend it and would definitely book it again. What I also want to highlight is the very cute neighbours. Despite the language barrier, they tried asking if everything was ok or if we needed something. They made us feel very welcome and safe:) Underneath the Appartement is a little café, another one on the other side of the street and there is also a small supermarket that provides all the essential things.   Liked: The host was very flexible with meeting us at the apartment to dropp the keys off as we arrived late to the property around 11pm due to a delayed flight. The property is clean, very big and nice location. It is close to everything you need (cafe, groceries, etc.). You will need a car to get around but that is basically true for the entire island if you want to get around easily.

  Disliked: Nothing! All good!

  Disliked: We liked everything, and whatever was missing we could just get it from the convenience store underneath the apartment.

  Perfect place to recharge

  Liked: Great location, easy to park, shop and cafe downstairs and bakery cross the road. Fully equipped home! Big fridge, coffee machine, toster for Bolo, WM, TD, outside chairs and table, cushions and blankets, huge master with king bed, 2 big bathrooms with high pressure showers… everything you would need. Spotless clean!!
