  Liked: Great space, perfect location to relax around the town or be based from exploring the rest of the island. Very nice bbq terrace

  Best place in the nest part of the island with the best host

  Liked: The location is great. On main street going down into Calheta near the bottom just behind bar and a bank. 2 minutes walk to the neach 6 or 7 minutes walk to supermarket. 2 minutes from Church. Located on the sunny south-west coast. Only 35 minutes drive via new expressway from Funchal. Within easy drive of natural lava pools on north coast, 10 minuyes from beauthiful Ponta do Sol. 20-25 minutes from the wonderful mountain centre at Racabal - from where many levada walks start. Served also by buses. Best of all Marco's preparations and willingness to go to great lenghts to meet us and give a couple a lift there from Funchal. Nothing too much trouble.   Liked: The locations is perfect - very close to a well equipped beach and supermarket that works 8:00-22:00. Th host has been contacting over WhatsApp informing about dangerous wether expected and other stuff.
