  Liked: Love the apartment, it was very comfortable and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, locality was very good as well, calheta is minutes away driving.

  Disliked: Everything was perfect, it would be nice to have spare light sheets as the nights are getting warm and a duvet can get too warm, but no cover at all gets chilly, other than that was very nice and perfect!

  Liked: Team very quick at responding to queries. Good video received 25h before arrival guiding to the accommodation abd how to get the keys to the property. I did stay on the ground floor flat and had access to a patio with sitting facilities which was really nice. Owners left a local cake and wine as a welcome presi which was a nice touch. Great shower. Comfy bed. No air conditioning but quite fresh property so not really needed. Good location for north and west attractions like Porto Moniz, Fanal forest or levada of 25 waterfalls. Not much to do by foot but Ponto Do Sol, Ribiera and Calheta are @15-20min drive from the accommodation. There is a supermarket 5min, by car, away from the property.

  Disliked: There is nothing i disliked but it is good to know that the GPS takes you to the wrong address (to No23 when the address is one house away). Limited sitting if mire than 2 people (just a sofa + dining tabke abd 4 chairs) Although a nice place, the location (to the exception of the locations mentioned above) is slightly far away from Funchal (40min drive) and other links to attractions/hiking.

  Could be ok for short stay if you are not affraid of cockroaches

  Liked: The location was good. We like terrace and the view

  Disliked: Cockroaches and ants lived in the kitchen. The beds in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and creaky.

  Liked: The apartment has a great location — quiet yet close to everything. The building and the flat itself are beautifully renovated, modern, and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and parking nearby was easy. Before our arrival, we received a useful info pack that helped us plan ahead — for example, we were able to stop for groceries right after landing and before checking in, which was very convenient.

  Disliked: There’s a small gap under the front door that lets in cold air and occasionally tiny crawling insects. In cooler weather, condensation tends to form on the inside of the door as well.
