  An absolute paradise! 10/10 perfection

  Liked: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderful property! The house is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight was definitely the outdoor area—a stunning, lush garden filled with flowers, trees, singing birds, and a small lake with cute little frogs, all framing a breathtaking sea view. After long, tiring days of hiking, relaxing in the jacuzzi every evening was pure bliss. We also fully enjoyed the sun loungers, the cozy hammock, and the barbecue setup. The hosts were incredibly sweet and welcoming—they greeted us with fresh fruits, eggs, and a bottle of wine, yet completely respected our privacy throughout our stay. It truly felt like a private oasis. We couldn't recommend it more!

  in almost every regard it exceeded our expectations - highly recommended

  Liked: it was a superb place for family with a 1yr old!! Emmanuel was a great host from the get-go, helping us even with tiny details (esp. for our baby), was there when we needed him but not around when we needed privacy. the property has again great details, with a great view and a nice, calm terrace to chill or roast. all in all, cannot say anything bad, it was a very pleasant stay overall.

  Disliked: cannot really point out anything, you need a car to get around, but that's true for this part of Madeira, regardless of the place.

  Relaxing and almost tropical days with amazing seaview

  Liked: We had the most wonderful time at Emmanuels Casas Serenas. The seaview and terrace are amazing and we spent relaxing days there. The house and kitchen offers everything you need for cooking and enjoying a nice barbecue. The garden is so beautiful! The kids especially loved the geckos and the second shower with the seaview. Emmanuel is a very friendly and helpful host with good tips for restaurants and trips. We will come back! Thanks for everything!

  Peaceful Paradise in Madeira – A Truly Authentic Escape

  Liked: We had a truly wonderful stay at Casas Serenas during our vacation in Madeira. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, surrounded by nature, and full of rustic charm. The garden has a magical atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Thanks to the fresh air and deep silence, we slept 10–11 hours every night – something that rarely happens to us! It was the perfect environment to fully recharge. Our host, Emmanuel, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely at home. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. We’re so grateful for everything and already planning to return. For anyone looking for an authentic Madeira experience, this is a hidden gem we wholeheartedly recommend!
