  A very nice home from home for the week

  Liked: A fantastic property with great views. Very well presented and very well placed to explore that side of the island. The house was spacious and well laid out.

  Disliked: It would have been helpful if there were a few basics like salt, pepper, maybe a washing pod etc. Also, it is on a very steep hill which didn’t bother us at all, but worth knowing especially if you don’t have a car.

  Just a great and comfortable stay in Madeira

  Liked: Spacious, beautiful views, lovely garden.

  Disliked: It can be a bit cold in December, so bring warm socks.

  Very nice, and spacious, nice view

  Liked: Most everything was very good. People very nice, close to grocery and town.

  Disliked: Very steep paved road to the house, a little confusing first trying to find it but the stores below gave helpful directions. Make sure you bring some shampoo, bar soap, salt and pepper. Minimal paper products there. House and kitchen great for 1 week stay. /

  Great space both indoors and out

  Liked: Loved the space and the off-street parking. Lovely area, quiet and great outside space. The beds were really comfortable and the size of the main bedroom was really good. Loved sitting out enjoying the sunshine on an evening.

  Disliked: In the cooler and wetter weather, we couldn't leave windows open, so we had quite a bit of condensation and we struggled to dry hand towels. In normal weather not a problem.
