  Beautiful view, inviting clean swimming pool

  Liked: Fantastic view, easy check-in instructions, kitchen had all to prepare a simple meal.

  Disliked: If I have to be picky, chairs at terrace were slightly rusty, here and there you see that house is not renovated last week, but not critical, appartement is charming.

  Amazing stay, 100% recommend despite a quite steep price

  Liked: Amazing view. Quiet and peaceful.

  Disliked: Only small details. Barbecue was rusted and difficult to clean up, but still ok. TV had flaky connection to Internet.

  Liked: The views are breathtaking (the sunset on our terrace was more beautiful than at many viewpoints) and the location is good for exploring the island by car. The pool also has a great view, but the water is very cold even on hot days (not sure why some reviews claim it's heated, as the handbook inside the apartment says otherwise).

  Disliked: The apartment wasn't clean upon our arrival, there was hair on the floor and many surfaces were dusty. But the worst thing were the cockroaches (on both floors), ants in the kitchen cupboards and mice behind the kitchen drawers - leaving feces inside the drawers and making a lot of noise at night. I understand that there is a lot of greenery around, so insects might appear in the house, but this was a little too much. It seems that the house has some holes for the animals to enter through. Another thing to keep in mind is the very narrow and steep entry road to the house, along with the tight parking, where you're really dependent on other people. If you're unlucky (like us), you might find that someone else didn't leave you enough space to turn your car around and/or park properly, and you'll need to exit and enter your car through the boot. People also didn't respect the parking order described in the handbook, constantly parking in the more convenient spots, making it harder for the 3rd and 4th car to maneuver. The walls are very thin, we could hear the people in the other apartment. The fridge is also particularly noisy, making it hard to sleep. The shower is big and comfortable, but water kept leaking under the glass, resulting in a big pool of water next to the toilet after every shower, and the shower heads really need a good cleaning. In conclusion, Seasky Arco is a beautiful place, but the standard is far from what you'd expect looking at the views and price.
