  The stay was wonderful but somewhere my money was stolen, a very unpleasant story

  Disliked: I had two reservations and the insurance payment was 460 euros, which I was not refunded, and the manager stopped answering calls to the company office, and it is also impossible to reach them. I was very disappointed that they stole my money.

  The stay was wonderful but somewhere my money was stolen, a very unpleasant story

  Liked: The accommodation was wonderful, clean and equipped with everything you need, the pool is clean

  Disliked: I had two reservations and paid an insurance payment which was supposed to be returned within 28 days after eviction. The rules state that if something is broken or not cleaned, there will be an additional payment for this which I will be informed about but there was no notification since we left the villa properly. but no one returned my money. After my eviction, the manager stopped answering calls and I can't reach the company's office and the company's chat doesn't answer me. I had 2 reservations and a total of 430 euros were supposed to be returned to me, which no one returned. 75 days have passed since my eviction but there has been no contact or message

  We had an amazing and relaxing family holiday, would love to return one day

  Liked: The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a family holiday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms plus a lovely shared living space, fab pool and utility facilities.

  Disliked: We liked it all.
