  Maybe a 2/3 star all over- not 4 star definitely

  Liked: We had an apartment with kitchen, which is not in the building shown in the picture, but a building in the back. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

  Disliked: It says its a 4 star hotel but i felt like it was ok for a 2/3 star hotel, since it has no named entrance so first time we got really confused where to get in. The lift to the reception was not working. The check in time is very much late. If you plan to mainly visit Estoril, the location is good. But if you want to visit Cascais every day, its far. We didn’t find any restaurants nearby. Breakfast: we stayed for 3 days. All 3 days exactly the same breakfast, no changes at all. And no hot food in buffet, not even eggs. I expect better from a 4 star hotel.

  Liked: Location is excellent. You get an apartment and not a hotel room.

  Disliked: Problems; 1. check in is not until 4pm, this is ridiculously late and they make you sit in a room without AC in scorching heat if you arrive early. This is as room is being 'inspected' 2. room was not clean despite the 'inspection'. My fridge had previous residents left over yoghurt and old mouldy fish in the fridge. 3. The breakfast is awful - the biggest waste of money - two options of ham and cheese slices with two sets of fruit and thats it. 4. The hotel staff are no where to be seen.

  Wasted potential - a once beautiful place is falling apart

  Liked: The location was nice - our room had a great view. The building itself was nice.

  Disliked: The place was falling into a state of disrepair. Basic maintenance not complete. Most things not working. Staff felt like they didn’t care about their jobs in the slightest. Terrible value

  Great quiet location

  Liked: Location great and super quiet.

  Disliked: The room was a little tired and could definitely do with a refresh. There was some mould in the bathroom and quite a few marks on the walls. It didn’t affect my stay, but I do think Room 244 needs a bit of TLC and a touch-up to bring it up to the standard you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

  Liked: Location is perfect. However the property needs serious renovation and maintenance

  Disliked: Very poor cleanliness and maintenance The breakfast was poor For a 4 stars hotel I would expect more amenities and more options. The mini bar in the room was empty There no bar or restaurant available for the guests
