  Was clean n tidy. Was got in 1hr early which was great and good location for us to town

  Was a nice place and convenient for us but getting access to the building

  Liked: Very clean and roomy, close to taxi pickup and grocery store.

  Disliked: Instructions to get into building was to be made automatically but there was no one to greet us and we could not reach the owner by phone, their message box was full. If it wasn’t for another tenant living in the building giving us access, which is a safety concern, we would have been stranded outdoors.

  Very homelike when you are far from home

  Liked: This property has very nice space and is very clean. Supermarket, coffees place, restaurants, are all at walking distance. The beach is few minutes away by car. Mónica is so nice and gives attention to making the stay comfortable. I highly recommend it

  Scam do not pay a deposit to these people

  Disliked: Be wary of BeGuest which manages this property. Deposit scam. We were advised that we would receive the deposit within 7 days of leaving. We checked out early due to the poor condition of the property. Over a week later when we queried why the refund has not been made, only then we were told that a clothes rack had been broken by us. It is clear even from the photo that the very cheap rack is old and worn out and if it was broken rather than fell apart, it was by a previous guest or cleaner. The property is dilapidated with a crack on the bathtub which was filled with sealant. The neighbours are hostile and resent the property being used as short term accom. There is a very dangerous window that is large and fully opening although the property in 7th floor. The wifi is atrocious and drops out regularly. The sofa is stained all over. The support is unhelpful and I believe that the main reason for attempting to deduct from our deposit is because we made clear that we did not feel happy with the standard of the property.

  Hardest checkin and worss treatment

  Liked: The size of the apartment

  Disliked: Before checking in, the host forced me to sign into their website, pay deposit through external link which was keep giving error and while sending errors to their admin via WhatsApp, they were keep saying that before checking I would have to sort the deposit payment. Took me from 2pm to 8 pm to complete my check in and when entered the room, the apartment was not cleaned yet. Had to wait until 6pm for cleaning and in return they did not offer me even one hour late check out. Worse experience in my entire life and in my more than 10 years of using Bookin.om on a very regular basis
