  Misleading accomodation which I wouldn't recommend

  Liked: Location was good close to the Sintra park and Cascais. The owner of the property was friendly. There was a car park just around the corner which was helpful to park our car free of charge there. The garden also offered a pleasant place to eat our meals.

  Disliked: The accomodation is misleading as we thought we would get a room with which the kitchen and bathroom were to be shared with other guests but it turned out that it was rather an airBnB where we truly only got the room to ourselves and had to share the other facilities with the other guests AND the familiy of the host. This meant for example that the living room was occupied during our stay by her son who was working from home in there or that the kitchen was taken up by the family which made it unpleasant for us to cook there. This was not clearly mentioned in the summary of the place so we were really dissapointed about this when we realised what we got for our money.

  Great!

  Liked: Binny was very nice and welcoming, she recommended the nearest sights and cafes to us. The house was very clean and tasteful, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

  Recommended bedroom in a well located house

  Liked: The house is conveniently located near Cascais, and we were always able to find parking very close by. The property itself is beautiful. However, guest access is limited to the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. It's worth noting that all these areas were exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. We were also able to use a section of the refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The host was pleasant and welcoming, though communication was sometimes a little challenging due to a language barrier.

  Disliked: Please note that the house is not equipped with air conditioning. During a heat wave, the indoor temperature became uncomfortably warm.

  I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Sharing a bathroom wasnt ideal but it was kept very clean

  Disliked: I would’ve liked a tv in the bedroom.

  Exceptional

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Binny’s House in Cascais! The host was very kind and welcoming, and the place itself was cozy and pleasant. The location is super convenient — close to everything, and there’s a great little café just around the corner. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return!
