  The team’s exceptional communication skills truly made the difference

  Liked: The hotel team was exceptionally responsive and demonstrated excellent communication skills. They genuinely cared about the guest experience, and any request—whether for additional supplies, cleaning, or simply asking a question—was handled immediately and professionally. The hotel also enjoys a perfect location, less than a one-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Overall, the team’s responsiveness, hospitality, and attention to guests’ needs made the stay particularly enjoyable.

  I wanted to like this place, but they shouldn't make safety shortcuts

  Liked: Overall, clean and great location.

  Disliked: Safety issues. I have to give this studio a poor score our room door did not lock and management did not help us solve the problem. There was also false advertising. We paid for a queen mattress and instead got two twin beds pressed together. Not the same thing. Considering a chargeback.

  Liked: Very nice, clean and spacious. 300m or so from the beach. Train station right next to it. Very accessible, super market just behind the building 50-80m distance. Very calm location aswell, splendid restaurants just next to it. Every utensil supplied for the kitchen, aswell as a small table. Staff were very nice!! Would recommend!!! Honestly if im coming back to lisbon, it will definitely be here!

  Excellent studio as a place to start exploring the Cascais Line region, including Lisbon

  Liked: Great location, at 100m from the train station. Nearby restaurants were excellent as well. The rooftop terras was nice as well, not a lot of people were using it, so it was quite and relaxing. The rooftop pool is quite small, nice for kids, not so much for adults.

  Disliked: There were a few ants in the kitchen of our appartment on the 3rd floor. A bit annoying, but not a big problem.

  It's ok for a short stay, but not a longer one

  Liked: The room is ok, and it's fairly close to the ocean 5-10 mins walk. Roof terrace is ok.

  Disliked: The pool, is super small and a bit dirty. The rooms are run down and in need of renovation.
