  Disliked: Our stay this time much better, but booked at same accommodation from 30/09 - 07/10: HORRIBLE experience. Room was filthy, bathroom stinking of sewage, extremely rude and unhelpful staff at Olala Office!!!

  Disliked: The room did not compare to the photos shown. The beds were not so comfortable, pillows were flat with no extra pillows available. The single bed was small and low on the ground. The biggest issue was cockroaches, found in the bathroom, kitchen and above the beds. Not pleasant.

  Liked: We had an exceptional stay! We were blessed with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the charming buildings and the sea — it was such a lovely sight to wake up to every day. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, hairdryer, washing-up liquid, tea, salt and pepper, and other useful essentials. These little touches made us feel very welcome and at home. The area was peaceful and quiet, and the neighbours were very friendly. There was also an international shop just opposite the building, which was extremely convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again and definitely recommend this apartment!

  Liked: The view was nice.

  Disliked: I stay in Cascais often and frequently use this building. Because this specific apartment was around 30–40% more expensive than others, I expected everything to be in top order. However, the host manages multiple units in the building and their review scores are aggregated. I only noticed after my stay that certain low-rated units—including this one, which frequently appears in the listing photos—pull down the average. It seems to be one of the worst apartments in the building. Here is what went wrong during my two-week stay: AC Leak: The outside unit dripped continuously onto the balcony, leading to complaints from the downstairs neighbors and first I did not notice so, when I had some clothes, it ruined it. You need to empthy the bucket every ours if not it start leaking inside on the tv and my bag. But also water dripping on electricty is so dangerous. Bathroom Issues: The shower leaked, and there was visible mold inside it. Cleanliness: The washing machine was dirty, there was hair left from previous guests, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under the bed in years. Worse, the sheets were cheap and the bed cover had a stains and that looked like blood. Missing Amenities: I booked a place with a kitchen to cook, but there was noforks provided. There was also virtually no storage space for clothes, which is tough for a two-week stay. Extreme Noise: I’ve stayed in at least 10 different rooms in this building, and this was by far the loudest. Host & AI Communication: They use an automated AI communication tool that lacks real support. They charged extra for everything: early check-in fees were exorbitant, even for just 30 minutes. Luggage Storage Trap: They advertise luggage storage, but the facility locks at 17:00. If you need your bags after that time, you guessed it—they charge you an extra fee to retrieve them. I rarely write negative reviews and I tolerate a lot, but this went too far.
