Decent but wont come back due to location

Liked: Equipment 9/10 everything great. Very clean also. But only one mug oddly

Disliked: Location is bad. 4/10Noisy until late (2m) from bars and restaurants just below. Very busy touristic street. Kind of place turned into short term rentals because no locals would live there. Building a bit run down.
