  It was simply awful!

  Liked: My experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling from start to finish. The reception staff provided terrible service and initially assigned me a room that was completely unsuitable for use. The room had not even been prepared properly and had no bed linen or basic necessities. After I complained, I was moved to another room, where I encountered an even more serious problem. The carpet was damaged, with a sharp, raised edge sticking up from the floor. This dangerous condition caused me to cut my foot badly, resulting in a serious injury and significant distress and inconvenience. This was completely unacceptable and could have been avoided if the hotel had properly inspected and maintained its rooms. The lack of basic preparation, the poor standard of service and, most importantly, the dangerous condition of the room made this an extremely negative and distressing experience. To make matters even worse, the hotel staff explicitly told me that I would receive a refund for the night. However, despite this promise, I have still not received my money. I am extremely disappointed with the way this entire situation was handled. The hotel failed to provide a properly prepared room, exposed me to a dangerous condition that caused a serious injury, and then failed to honour its promise to refund me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was appalling, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through regarding the promised refund demonstrates a complete disregard for the guest experience. I expect the hotel to honour its commitment and issue the refund that was promised.

  Disliked: dirty curtains with mold...had wedding and paid for rooms one couple left cus how dirty it was and two African guys smoking weed at the entrance.

  Overnight sto

  Liked: Excellent location for visiting National Palace Pena.

  Disliked: I checked before I booked and website said bar & food available. Was told at check-in that wasn't open till next month (Aug After a hot day on the motorbike. We had to go back out to a Aldi store to pick up food.

  The host fixed it right away so the rest of our stay was wonderful and comfy

  Liked: The host is very friendly and helped us with everything to make our stay perfect. We recommend it. The location is perfect to visit the different beautiful places around.

  Disliked: The first night of our stay the bedroom was very hot so we couldn’t sleep very well.
