  Enjoyed being out of the busy Cascais town but close enough to trains & buses

  Liked: The location for us was perfect. Outside of Cascais but close enough to catch the bus or get an Uber into the town. The house was quiet with lovely views of the town and the ocean. Our host was totalling charming and helpful. Not intrusive but there if we needed any help. Would totally recommend this venue.

  Easter break for the family

  Liked: The homely feel, garden with sea view was lovely, big bedrooms and living space, extremely well equipped kitchen with top end appliances, and the outside kitchen which we had a BBQ with, overall excellent place. There is a village five minutes walk away with restaurants, bars and two supermarkets and also a lovely walking trail down to the beach and cliffs. Less than ten minutes to a couple of great beaches, fifteen minutes to Cascais and twenty minutes to Sintra

  Disliked: The parking access could be a little intimidating due to the slope and narrowness at the top but soon got used to it.

  Beautiful home in a tranquil part of the Sintra-area

  Liked: Franquelina was a brilliant host! Our flight was delayed but it was no problem, Franquelina was there to help get us settled in. On new years eve, she stopped by with two glasses and a bottle of Champaign! She also left us bits for breakfast and fresh lemons from her tree! Beautiful, quiet location, about a 10 minute walk into a small town with a Spar and a few restaurants. While we had a car, there is quite literally a bus stop at the front of the house! Very accessible to Sintra and the coast!
