  Liked: The apartment is large and well equipped. It is in a superb location, close to the Marina, the beach and the town. But its greatest selling point is the most marvellous view over Cascais Bay. Beautiful to see the sunrise and then different at night when the lights are on around the bay. Great big sliding doors to open up to the view and the fresh air. We had a problem with the locks on the apartment door and Filipa got it sorted for us as fast as they possibly could. All very efficient. Overall a really great experience.

  Disliked: The pillows are too small and too soft. The interior door knobs could be checked as they are old and would benefit from a maintenance check.

  Liked: Lovely apartment. I’d like to thank Jose, who delivered, and collected our keys. He was really friendly and informative- he made us feel really welcome in Cascais.

  Disliked: Couple of minor issues- both the fridge door and bathroom doors need looking at. But otherwise, all good.

  Amazing balcony view. Fantastic apartment

  Liked: Stunning views across the bay. Brilliant location. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need. Could sit on the balcony for hours! The pictures don’t do it justice. Cascais is such a fantastic place for a holiday. We could have stayed for much longer than our four nights. Felt like we had the best apartment in Cascais!

  Disliked: Nothing it was just perfect.

Good to know

Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in between 08pm and 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied.

Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out between 12am and 06am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied, between 06am and 08 am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.

The Cascais / Lisbon City Hall charges 2 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14 € per person. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in.

Baby equipment (highchair, cot, bathtub) is available at a cost of EUR5 per day, per set. Transfer to and from the airport is available, at an extra fee.

A deposit may be required at the property.
