Very good
Not bad for a short business trip
Liked: The room itself was fine except for the unfortunate view of only tiled rooftops from the terrace. The breakfast was not bad but basic. The room was maintained very clean except for the broken toilet flush which wouldn't stop water flowing even after several presses! Didn't bother complaining for a 4-night stay. The location of the hotel was good, but we would have preferred to stay at Eva Senses now that we have seen it.
Disliked: See above!
Had a fabulous one night stay here - would certainly recommend!
Liked: Superb hotel in an ideal location - lovely views of the marina from the roof top restaurant. Only a 2 minute walk into the town itself. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice & delicious too!
Liked: The rooms awere nice and spacious. The decoration all through the hotel was nice. The breakfast was nice, good choice of things.The hotel i in a great location,next to yhe port and the old town. With in ten mint walk to bus and train station.
Disliked: I am afraid the cleaning of the rooms could have been better. They did not replenish the tea, coffee or milk. Had to call couple of days yo asked for it. The beds looked really wrinkle after bern done. Not what i expected of a four start hotel. The shower was cleaned but left with hair on the tiles.
Liked: Overall I was v happy with my stay at the hotel. It was clean, staff were v friendly and helpfull. The location wss very good. I would use the hotel again and I would recommend it to my friends.

Hit and miss…some excellent staff,excellent breakfast and dinners. Very noisy rowdy motorcyclists…loud in every way….imp
Liked: Excellent rooftop. Restaurant staff and breakfast buffet and dinner food were excellent, some of reception staff were lovely and offered excellent customer service. We had an issue with the in room safe.The young man came right away and refused a tip afterwards.
Disliked: Outside noise of late rowdy people and motorcycles into middle of night. 1 of the twin beds needed to be replaced. Advised reception and encountered the same young man who had checked us in with an attitude who said no one has ever advised us about a mattress problem. I did advise another man at check-out who had excellent customer service skills who said he would make a note of it.
