  Cosy familiar place

  dissapointing and stifling hot very small room

  Disliked: I feel a bit sad writing this, but we felt extremely frustrated and extremely dissapointed. The photos definately do not reflect the reality of the room, especially the size. The photos i saw when i booked highlighted more the main bedroom and the rest of the accomodation as being really spacious and nicely decorated etc. The photos of the actual smaller rooms, do not really show the rooms being that small and stifling hot. There is really no room to manouvre around the bed, no space at all. It was a big shock on how small the room actually was. You cannot really see that on the photos, i would suggest she highlights the size of the room so that it is not a shock when one enters the room. The heat in the room was soooo uncomfortable, we did not get one good nights sleep in a whole week. There was a fan which was no good, She did offer us a Aircon, but it did not help at al. We were given fresh towels, but they unfortunately did not smell very nice. As we were simply just dissapointed with everything, we did not really even want to go for the breakfast as we were just annoyed. It was allot of money for just a little cubicle. No kitchen to make anything to eat, etc.

  Charming B & B with french influence

  Liked: The host Luisa was beautiful and accommodating to our needs. The decor and breakfast each morning displayed effort, generosity and care

  Disliked: The noise of the traffic outside kept us awake at times as we were located in the room closest to the road.

  We had a nice stay that was close to the local beach and a ferry ride to Fiqueiras do Foz

  Liked: The decor of the property was good, the host and breakfast was lovely.

  Disliked: There was no air conditioning and we had to share the bathroom ( I’d booked without checking 😬)

  Very welcoming accommodation! Perfectly kept, and situated in a nice looking area

  Liked: Home away from home feel. Perfect Portuguese casa stay experience. The landlady is super nice.

  Disliked: A bit noisy when neighbors are checking in or out in the nighttime.
