  Great stay to rest and for a quick scape

  Liked: Great pool! Rooms were good and silent! Great breakfast!

  Disliked: Just the typical as many other Hotels. The shower cabin did not hold the water inside so, the floor gets wet and the cabin exit towel also..

  Too overpriced for the offered service

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: The service, the bedroom, corridors were dirty, too crowded without enough staff to handle so many people. I stayed in a suite and the balcony didn't have outdoor chairs or table, like other rooms. The room was not comfortable. Price was for a 5 star hotel and had the feeling I was in a 3 star hotel.

  Super overpriced for what it offers

  Liked: The view from the suite's balcony is great and the bed and pillows were comfortable. This is pretty much what we liked about this hotel, but we feel like we paid a 5 stars' price for a 3 stars experience.

  Disliked: This hotel would sure benefit from some renovation: there were visible bad materials in degraded conditions, like the bathrobes (old and falling apart), slippers (I got two left feet), room cabinets (very low quality), outdoor chair cushions missing, the carpets in the corridors (old and dirty), infiltrations, etc. The room's decoration could be so much better, you just feel the void and lack of care in those empty spaces. When we arrived, there was a queue of more than 40 minutes for checking-in, only 2 people working, and this was really unpleasant. The only 2 elevators serving the whole hotel with 16 floors are a nightmare, you'll loose a lot of time waiting and sometimes they won't even stop (no option to select if you want to go up or down). The swimming pool is more like an overcrowded small tank and the water didn't feel clean. The gym was also small, with few options. The food was also not remarkable. I wouldn't stay here again.

  Mixed Experience: Good Bones, Poor Execution

  Liked: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast (food and variety) was outstanding—easily one of the best I've experienced in a hotel of this category. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for our family of three.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by critical infrastructure problems. With only two elevators serving 16 floors and 160 rooms, wait times are excruciating. The elevator call system is poorly designed: there's no option to specify up or down, so you wait and hope to board going in the right direction. Restaurant service was significantly below the standard set by the front desk and housekeeping teams. Service was slow and inattentive, creating a jarring inconsistency within the property.
