  Grenerally great, but a few issues

  Liked: Location and the local residents in the building, frendly and very helpful (see next comments). Landlord helpfulness when things went wrong). Shower, wow, great. Hot and powerful. They have wifi(adverised as wired).

  Disliked: Building work in the flat above, heavy construction, very noisy for 4 days. Would have been nice to have been told before we got there. No sofa bed (as adverised). Power issues. We have two sitations where the power tripped. Apparently Portugal has a tiered power supply based on a kwh limit. Basically means that you have to be a bit careful having various appliance on at the same time. Would have been nice to know beforehand. This is where the local neighbors shone, so helpful and understanding. Landlord replied quickly and was very attentive to the issues we had.

  Very good

  Liked: All amenities necessary (eg full kitchenette, ironing board/iron, dehumidifier a must). Owner arranged for us to get in without issue although we arrived by public transport after hours.

  Disliked: Alot of noise. Impossible to sleep at night. People coming and going all night long.
