I liked the facilities but didn’t like the lack of response on the air contioning issue. Poor custumer service, will not

Liked: The property was exactly like the pictures, nice apartment, good location.

Disliked: I selected the apto because it has air conditioning and my children were visiting in August. The bedroom air conditioning worked only one day, it started dripping all over the place. I contacted Hugo and he told me to turn off the unit and it was better not to use it. I contacted her to let him know I felt I should be compensated for my children not being able to enjoy a cool place, he said ok. I contacted him 5 times and he stopped answering my messages. Very disappointed!!!

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

Liked: The property was clean, well equipped and perfectly located close to the beach.

Disliked: Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t work and the host was unable to fix it during our stay. A minor issue as everything else was perfect.
