I couldn't gain entry to the accommodation

Disliked: I can't comment on Tia Rita house because I couldn't get in. I spent an hour trying to phone them with no success. Even though they had a time of arrival, they didn't contact me. Finally, it was getting late and I had to find another place to stay. After many, many requests for a refund, only the 3 euros tax was refunded.
