  Very satisfied overall

Liked: The bathrooms were cleaned regularly which was nice. Very accommodating for late check in. Building and location was very quiet overall. Nice to have locks for the lockers.

Disliked: The lockers were a little small, hard to fit everything in. Beds were okay pillows were very flat. Main concern was the floors were so creeky and loud that whenever someone got up it woke everyone up.

  Liked: Everything besides..

Disliked: The floor is unfortunately too loud and the bed too like every move you make is 10x times louder than it would usually be but everything else was perfect.

  Good location, nightmare for sleeping

Liked: Very friendly staff, the location was top, in the city center, but for sleeping and recovering please avoid this hostel, it is a real nightmare. I slept 9 hours in 3 nights (was the same for all the guess). This hostel is more than noisy, people can't even sleep 5 min before to be awake from noise

  Disliked: Location, staff

Best choice for hostel stay in Funchal!

Liked: Staff were exceptional - attentive and present for your needs, really smooth check-in and support processes. Facilities were all clean, spacious and well styled. Room had good space, storage and air-con. Location couldn't be beat, was so accessible to everything.
