We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located plac

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, right next to the Mercado dos Lavradores in Funchal. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen and washing machine was really convenient. José was incredibly friendly and helpful, even welcoming us when we arrived after midnight. The property felt very secure, and we also loved having a balcony and air conditioning. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Disliked: There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. If I had to suggest a few small improvements, having an iron and ironing board, shampoo in addition to the shower gel, and a full-length mirror would make the stay even better. It would also be nice to have refills for the bottled water and coffee if needed. These are only minor suggestions though - overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Liked: Amazing location - next to the Mercado dos Lavradores, lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. Fully equipped studio for your pleasant stay - even you want to cook or wash your clothes after making some levadas hikes. Easy to park next to the building in the evening (from 20:00 to 8:00 no blue zone - no need to pay for parking). Josè was very helpful and responsive. Fully recommend!

Liked: Perfect location, close to the ocean promenade, bus station, and cable car. Numerous shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, and pots and pans). The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.
