  Liked: Good location and plenty of space, we enjoyed our stay and would and would come again

  Disliked: Air con in second bedroom not working properly but owner said is trying to get an engineer out and appreciate these things happen, otherwise no issues

  Liked: Lovely, clean villa with all required amenities. Big bonus to have the super effective air conditioning in every bedroom. Host very helpful and to quick to respond to any messages Lots of excellent local restaurants and a fabulous pastelaria just along from the villa. Small supermarkets close by but larger one near the Lido if you're feeling energetic to carry any shopping up the hills of Madeira! Would definitely recommend.

  Gorgeous modern villa in a great location!

  Liked: The place was gorgeous! Location was great- there was an electrical gate around the property and a couple neighbouring houses which made it feel really secure and it was an 8 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk into Funchal. The owners were very accommodating! It was easy to check in and out. The pool was I think 1.2m deep so shallower than a public pool but felt bigger than expected and was lovely to swim in. The place was clean, modern and had towels. Loved it!

  Nice but small improvements needed

  Liked: Lots of space. Nice location but on a very steep, one-way street. Walking distance from nice restaurants and city centre. Very nice and helpful host.

  Disliked: Smell of mould in the kitchen. Small repairs needed here and there. Some noise from cars on nearby street.

  Lovely villa!

  Liked: Lovely spacious villa. Very good location right between the city centre/old town and lido/sao martinho. Very close to restaurants/shops (Pingo Dolce is approx 10/15 mins walk away). The host was very responsive and helpful. He was very accommodating in letting us check out later in the day. Highly recommend this accommodation, thank you!
