Exceptional
Liked: Super nice and friendly house owner! Really thoughtful and easy to get contact with him! He also gives a lot of advices for the visit of Madeira! The restaurants which he recommends are all good! If I visit Madeira again definitely book this house again
Unbelievably beautiful
Liked: I genuinely do not even know where to begin, as Sidónio was single-handedly one of the best, if not the very best, hosts I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. His home is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, incredibly well equipped, and has the most breathtaking views. It truly felt like staying somewhere out of a dream. Sidónio went above and beyond to make sure we experienced Madeira properly, giving us excellent recommendations, thoughtful tips, and local suggestions that helped us make the most of our trip. His kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality made the whole experience even more special. We cannot recommend him or his beautiful home highly enough. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Disliked: Literally nothing to complain about, not a single thing!
Liked: A very nice house, with a great view of the city. It was clean, it had all the accessories to make your stay more than comfortable. The owner was very helpful with general info and tips about our stay in Madeira.
Disliked: The only downside was the squeaky bed in the top middle room. It needs some adjustments

Liked: Sidonio was a fantastic host. The position/ location great. Huge property. Well equipped.
Disliked: A little road noise. Maybe require a little updating. As an interior specialist I would suggest some updating.

Disliked: it was quite cold in February and you could smell the humodity inside the house. the bathrooms in particular, but also bedrooms. You need a car to move around
Not very comfortable stay
Liked: The house is spacious, it has a dedicated parking. Bakery and small grocery store are very close. Funchal view is stunning. Bathrooms are refubrished and seem ok.
Disliked: The pictures show only what's nice, and omit what's not. House appliances and furniture are very old and worn out. Beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. Doors are old and squeaky, and will wake You up in the middle of the night. Dishwasher is gross and rusty inside. No contact with the owner, apart from auto generated system messages.
