Madeira is truly beautiful and well worth visiting, and I recommend the apartment for the warmer time of year

Liked: The apartment is in an excellent location and is quite spacious. The owner provides clear and precise instructions.

Disliked: The apartment does not have heating, and in the evening it is quite uncomfortable when you need to take a shower and go to bed in a cold bed. The owner provided us with a portable air conditioner, but the apartment does not have an outlet for the unit where the cold air could be vented, so it was not helpful.

Liked: Great location, very helpful host, large apartment which was clean with good facilities.

Disliked: Bathroom does not have an extractor fan so the moisture and damp can linger and the flat needs to be aired occasionally.
