  Highly recommended. Overall, a very enjoyable stay

  Liked: A great all-inclusive hotel with plenty of food and drink options, all of a high quality. Its excellent coastal location makes it ideal for evening walks along the promenade. The outdoor and indoor pools are great facilities, with some daytime entertainment for the whole family.

  Disliked: The only downsides were the slightly dated gym and spa areas where the water could have been warmer.

  Great food, lovely stay!

  Liked: Great hotel, rooms were spacious and we had a balcony, had everything you need! Lots of choice at the buffet, highly recommend the Madeira themed restaurant!

  Disliked: We went at the start of September and it was quiet, I can imagine it’s quite busy during high season!

  Highly recommended

  Liked: Excellent hotel. Very clean, fully wheelchair accessible, good location and finished to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: I booked 4 rooms in total, but unfortunately, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were not good and were quite uncomfortable.

  Relaxing and very enjoyable, amazing food and drink. Great pool, an overall lovely little getaway

  Liked: We absolutely loved all the meals and options available. The fact that the indoor pool was heated so our son could play as well as not be in the direct sun. We really like the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We love the steam room and sauna as a little escape too. Our son (5) loved kids club.

  Disliked: We wished that there was a lifeguard to help keep an eye on all the kids in the water. We also noted that the Jacuzzis were cold so we didn't particularly enjoy that. The gym could also do with a treadmill, and maybe another bike as the one that was there was very rusty and squeaky. We missed some of the entertainment from the team we had experienced a couple years ago.
