Liked: The apartment is excelent. Alberto was very helpful and kind. The apartment is spacious, as it is located in the seventh floor, it is also bright, well-eqquiped and close to bus stations. The pool was very clean and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. However, the sea beach was not far from the apartment and was very nice as well. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Good stay in Funchal

Liked: Nice apartment, clean. Host was prompt and remained in good communication. Private parking and good internet

Disliked: Suggestions for improvement - air conditioning: with temp 20-25 degrees and humidity would be great to have - toiletries: would be a good gesture for guests. Otherwise suggest advertising as self catering apartment - kitchen paper towels, salt, pepper, oil: same as above

  Well located and spacious apartment

Liked: The location was amazing! It is close to supermarkets and a mall, close to the beach (also a small sand beach near Praiha Formosa for the kids), a park just around the corner with a playground, close to several bus stops, pharmacies etc. The apartment was very well divided and perfect for a family with kids. We could easily stay four people in the bedroom, but the were also several options to sleep in the living room on the two nice sofa beds. Which were also really nice for relaxing and leisure time. The bathroom had a nice tub perfect for giving the kids a bath after hiking in the dusty mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals at home. We missed a few essentials as a sharp knife, a grater and maybe some more table space.

Disliked: Some of the furniture were a bit worn out. The cover of the bed and chairs we quite cracked and led to a lot of sweeping. Fortunately it had no negative effect on the sleeping and sitting experience.

  Very good

Liked: The apartment has great potential and offers a few key advantages, especially in terms of location and space. It is ideally situated for those traveling by car. It is also quite spacious, which makes it a comfortable option.

Disliked: There are several areas where the apartment could use improvement. There was a noticeable odor that lingered throughout our stay (ventilation did not help). The furniture was quite shabby, sofa had stains, bed frame was visibly worn, and the bed itself was quite narrow for two people. No duvets were provided - only (not very soft) blankets. There were no basic supplies such as shower gel, cooking ingredients, or laundry detergent.
